§ 11-318. Expiration and transfer of licenses.

Licenses for operation of mobile home parks shall expire on June 30 of each year and may be transferred during the year upon satisfactory showing to the village board that the proposed assignees of such license are responsible parties and upon payment of a transfer fee to the village in the amount established by appendix A to this Code. Such license so transferred shall expire on the following June 30.
