§ 44-36. Fees.

(a)

Subdivision fees. At the time of tentative approval action by the board, the subdivider shall pay a fee to assist in defraying the cost of such preliminary review. The fee shall be as established by appendix A to this Code.

(b)

Engineering costs. The cost of special engineering work required by the board to insure compliance with this chapter shall be paid by the applicant.
